According to the Code of Ethics of the Cyprus Association of Dietitians and Nutritionists, dietitians-nutritionists must offer professional services with objectivity and respect for the special needs and principles of their clientele. For the purpose of achieving their services, nutritionists-dietitians keep files with all personal data provided by the client during their collaboration; information such as personal identifiable information (eg. name, email address, and other information and medical history). As such, dietitians follow the necessary safety precautions to protect your personal information.

You directly provide us with all the data we collect. We collect and process data when you:

• Buy our nutrition plans and complete the questionnaire.

• Keep consulting with us and booking our services .

 

The dietitian-nutritionist takes the necessary safety measures to protect your personal data.

We collect your data so that we can:

• Process your order and manage your purchase.

• Prepare and send a personalised nutrition plan.

• Make an appointment for a meeting at our office.

(b) The right to correct data: Your right to demand the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you or complete incomplete personal data.

Terms of Use:

• After going through the online payment and we receive confirmation of the paid amount, we will be in touch with you on your phone number to arrange our first meeting.

• When you book the plans: Gold, Silver, Plus, or Basic, you will receive your first nutrition plan on your first session at my office.

• When you book an Online plan, you will be sent your nutrition plan within 2-3 working days after our first communication.

• In case you wish a return of your money due to the fact that you do not need or do not want to complete the services provided by our plans, we would like to inform you that you will not be refunded after the first 2 hours of the transaction have passed.

• As for multi-session packages, we would like to inform you that you can use each session whenever you want within a year's time.

• As for multi-session packages, we would like to inform you that only the same person or couple (for the Plus package) can use them.
